Sprung 2010
Emmanuel Mollois, chef, joined us @ OT for lunch with 40 guests. Much work went into this day behind the scenes by many a woofer, over many months. From Helene and Sabine, who started the potager garden, to Carolina who served guests on the day, and many in between....all made a significant contribution.
